Welcome to my Homepage!

I’m Flossy Courtemanche, AVP, Mortgage Loan Officer. My office is located in our Enfield Branch. I started with Mascoma Savings Bank in 1980 as a teller. Although I started as a teller, the majority of my career has been in lending.

I really enjoy my mortgage-lending career. It’s very rewarding to help first-time homebuyers purchase their dream home. Working in mortgage lending has also given me the opportunity to develop some great relationships with customers and Realtors. I also enjoy working with past customers, helping them with a refinance or other financial needs.

I’m a lifelong resident of the Upper Valley and live in West Canaan in the duplex that I built. I’m very proud of my daughter, Kristy who lives in North Charleston, South Carolina. She's built her own home too! I enjoy doing volunteer work. I’m a member of the Enfield Mascoma Lioness Club. You may see me out doing roadside cleanup for the club. I'm a member of the First Baptist Church in Lebanon and have participated in their mission group. I help out at the Enfield Community dinner, David's House, and COVER. I’m also an active member of the Upper Valley Board of Realtors Affiliate Group.

In my spare time I like to walk, read, and go camping with my family. In the winter I enjoy spending time on my snowmobile. I look forward to helping you with your next mortgage!
