 Welcome to my Homepage! I’m Cathie Ploof, Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer in the West Lebanon office. I have been in lending since 1981. I joined Mascoma Savings Bank on May 4, 1987 as a mortgage originator and was promoted to Loan Officer in 1990 and Assistant Vice President in 2004. But I’m most proud of all the friends that I have made through the years. My husband and I were born and raised here in the Upper Valley. We have 2 adult children and it was a good experience bringing them up in the same small town where I grew up. I graduated from Community College of Vermont with an Associate Degree in Liberal Studies in June of 2002, which was a very exciting time for me. I have always enjoyed reading, sewing, and cooking in my spare time, but as I have gotten older, I have found that I also like creative pursuits such as jewelry making, painting,and pottery. I have also tackled some home improvement projects on my own such as painting stripes on a wall (which I vow that I will never do again) and tiling my kitchen backsplash (which I might attempt again).
